October 8th, 2005 by RaihaOk. I will admit I am probably to blame for the leaderlessness/randomness of the guild right now.
So I am going to take responsibility to fix things.
I’m looking at doing a total re-org/re-boot.
What does this mean? People that can’t be bothered to register on the site will be removed.
People that no one seems to know, that don’t chat or help, will be removed.
I’m going to be taking a good look at the officer level, and defining the roles and responsibilities therein.
No more randomly inviting people without talking to others. No more re-inviting people without talking to others.
A big guild is great and can be fun.
But that’s not The Way. Before you panic, I am going to give plenty of in game warning as well. I will try and post as many detailed thoughts about what I want to happen on the boards, and WELCOME any and all comments and input from you guys (and girl?)
Consider this a heads up. If you want to just be a faceless instance runner, you may want to start looking for a new place to call home.
